We suggest that clients new to classical Pilates begin by learning the method with one of our highly trained professional instructors on a one-on-one basis. This will help us assess your individual needs and optimize your training. All privates and duets make use of the full range of Gratz apparatus- Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs, Barrels and more. All of our instructors are Romana Pilates certified and the majority offer twenty plus years of teaching experience. We look forward to meeting you!

Wednesday 12pm - Level 1 Saturday 9am - Level 2

LEVEL 1 : Foundational Reformer. This is the appropriate class for those new to classical Pilates & GRATZ equipment. Int/Advanced students are welcome to join to revisit & perfect the basics which are never easy. LEVEL 2 : For intermediate students familiar with the intermediate Romana Classical repetoire on the reformer. Spots must be reserved in advance. There is a minimum capacity of two people to host any reformer class. If you’re new to classical pilates please start with our Three Privates Intro Special or Level 1 class.

IN HOME SESSIONS are available. Rates upon request.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & ten session PACKAGES are available for purchase and have an expiration date of one year from purchase date. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds for any unused sessions.

SPECIAL EVENTS we host bachelorette parties, birthdays and other group celebrations. Groups of six or fewer can book a private reformer class. Larger groups can be accommodated with a customized mat class. Get in touch to discuss availability and details.
