We suggest that clients new to classical Pilates begin by learning the method with one of our certified instructors on a one-on-one basis. This will help us assess your individual needs and optimize your training. We look forward to meeting you!

LEVEL 1 : Foundational Reformer. This is the appropriate class for those new to classical Pilates & GRATZ equipment. Int/Advanced students are welcome to join to revisit & perfect the basics which are never easy. LEVEL 2/3 : For intermediate/ advanced students familiar with the intermediate Romana Classical repetoire on the reformer.
Spots must be reserved in advance. There is a minimum capacity of two people to host any reformer class. It is required to have classical Pilates experience to join the group classes. If you’re new to classical pilates please start with our Three Privates Intro Special or Level 1 class.
In-home sessions are available. Rates upon request.
Gift Certificates & ten class series are available for purchase and have an expiration date of one year from purchase date. Ten class packages cannot be purchased online. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds for any unused sessions.
